‍Coogee Pavilion is one of the best venues in Sydney. ‍ It is one of the few places where you can be on a roof overlooking the beach. There are two noteworthy sections of the venue - downstairs and the roof. ‍ Downstairs is consistently busy all year round, but is more known for getting food and even has a dose of families in there. It can also have sport on the screens. ‍ The roof is where it is at. There is a big indoor and outdoor section, which makes it an ideal spot for summer but less so winter despite the heaters. ‍ There are frequently birthday's, people dressed up, people coming from the races, and is typically 25 years and older. There are locals, but it is a venue that people travel from all over Sydney to go. ‍ It is perhaps most known for Sunday's. In general, Sydney lacks anywhere to go on a Sunday for a dance. Coogee Pav is an exception. It is free entry, and in summer pops.
